In the Host country there is a custom duty for packages with value greater than 22 Euros or more than 10 Kilos. In order to deliver your package with exhibiting material to EFMA2006 Headquaters, please authorize your courier service/company (DHL, FEDEX, UPS or others) to charge the Custom Duties on your account.
EXHIBITORS
The European Financial Management Association will hold its Annual Meeting in Madrid, Spain, June 28 - July 1, 2006. The conference will be hosted by Universidad Complutence De Madrid .
You can exhibit from June 27 - July 1, 2006. You can set up your booth at 10am June 27th. Please also note that the meetings end July 1st around 1-2pm.
Exhibit times: Every day 8:00am-6:00pm
We offer the possibility to exhibit books, journals, software, and other relevant materials from June 27-July 1, 2006.
For space reservation please complete the registration form and return it to our headquarters.
All exhibiting material (books and journals) should be mailed to Jose Marti Pellon, Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI), Avda. Gregorio del Amo, 6, Ciudad Universitaria, 28040 Madrid – Spain (Tel: +34 9134956 00 Fax:+34 9155423 94, Headquarters of the Meetings, with a clear indication that the content is for exhibition at the Meetings, just a few days prior to the Meetings. If an exhibitor cannot attend the meetings,
we can set up an Exhibiting Table for him/her. Exhibiting leftovers should be arranged by the exhibitors to be collected at the end of the Meetings, July 1 (Saturday), 2006.
